The best apartments in Arcadia. We lived there for about one and a half years. We found Royal Gardens online when we moved across the country and was very nervous about it because we were new to LA. We were so relieved and glad when we saw the apartment. It's such a peaceful and pleasant place to stay. There were stores like Vons for groceries and essentials in walking distance. The house was very spacious and beautiful with plenty of closets(which is very important for me). Manager Christina and Nate are super friendly, helpful and caring. They have helped us in many ways initially to settle down and to have a comfortable stay. Unfortunately we had to move to a different state because of a job transfer. Our moving out was hassle free and smooth thanks to Nate and Cristina. If we ever have to go back to Arcadia we would go back to Royal Gardens no doubt!

I have lived at the Royal Gardens for over 25 years and I would give it 10 stars if I could. The units are beautiful and I live in the largest 2 bedroom I have ever seen. The gardens are beautifully maintained and the pool area is especially nice. The managers are very friendly and always go above and beyond. The tenants are friendly and always willing to help. I am so fortunate to have lived here as long as I have, and it is because of the atmosphere and the beauty.
